My Girls and Me: Wine Tasting Texas Style

We went to two different wineries, the first pictures you see are the inside of an old house; the second winery was in that red barn - it was incredible.

To My Mother:

For so long I was angry because you couldn't take care of me
I didn't want to hear about your private demons or struggles
And I never ever wanted to have to leave

For so long I despised your sickness and how it affected me
I didn't want to hear about your disappointments or hardships

For so long I ignored you and was only concerned about me

For so long I held my forgivness close to me
I didn't want to hear about your explanations or reasons
And I never ever wanted to have to leave

I will have to live with my selfishness now for so long
The reasons and pain I didn't want to hear
Will now echo in my life for years and years
And the only excuse I have I will forever sing like a song

That I never ever wanted to have to leave...
