That is a direct quote from my mom's nurse! She was extubated yesterday and is only on 2 liters of oxygen. She will be taken off the third and final heart medication this afternoon. She is a little more repsonsive today, but not much. Her acute renal failure is over and she has urinary output because her blood pressure came back up. She is no longer septic - this am her WBC count is good.
"We are baffled!" he said. Thanks again for all of your prayers; I think she is a modern-day miracle. Thank you Lord!

The miracles shown every day in our lives are often overlooked. Thank you Lord for answered prayers and another day together for this family.
Hugs to you and yours Leigh Ann...
I am so happy for you and your family LeighAnn!!!
I hate to turn this around and make it about me and our family, but maybe this is the one of the signs that I was looking for from my mom that she's looking out for me and my friends... (my aunt, too)
Love you, sister
Miracles do happen :) I'll continue to keep her in my prayers ...
