Tori continues to strive for excellence - she is very tough on herself. Next year, she may move from playing soccer to managing...which means more scholarship money, but no playing -which as been her passion for 15 years.
This transition is rough on her, but after she discussed this with her coach and her doctor, we all feel that this is the best move, especially since she is planning on changing her Major to PreMed next year.
I love you, Tori and I am so VERY proud of you, know that soccer is just one small part of who YOU are, which is one amazing woman. I wouldn't change my journey with you for anything.
Congrats Chickie! We love you so much! So thankful to be a part of your wonderful journey in life... and looking forward to many more life changing events!

For so long I was angry because you couldn't take care of me
I didn't want to hear about your private demons or struggles
And I never ever wanted to have to leave
For so long I despised your sickness and how it affected me
I didn't want to hear about your disappointments or hardships
And I never ever wanted to have to leave
For so long I ignored you and was only concerned about me
I didn't want to hear about your desires or dreams
And I never ever wanted to have to leave
For so long I held my forgivness close to me
I didn't want to hear about your explanations or reasons
And I never ever wanted to have to leave
I will have to live with my selfishness now for so long
The reasons and pain I didn't want to hear
Will now echo in my life for years and years
And the only excuse I have I will forever sing like a song That I never ever wanted to have to leave...
I Love You, Mom!

you know enough now that you don't just have to follow someone else's pattern. or keep repeating your own. you can break the pattern. improve it. perfect it. change the plan. adapt and improvise. make what works best for you. now your skills will take you wherever you want to go.
