Today when we came home we had a WONDERFUL surprise - a care package from Mike and Marci. I am talking Beignet Mix and Chickory Coffee (what the French Quarter and the Cafe Du Monde is famous for), gumbo file mix, REAL southern red beans, and one of my favorites - Dirty Rice! Really, so much more...Tiger Seasoning and Tobasco Sauce! Thanks So Much - I can't wait to cook now that I have unpacked the pots - love you guys:)
